Cancellation Policy
All convention cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SEPA.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations received on or before May 31, 2026.
- After May 31, only Life Changing Event or medical emergency requests will be considered.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Registration transfers within the same company must be submitted by May 13, 2026, the Wild Dunes hotel cut-off date.
Name changes for hotel rooms cannot be made after this date.
Registration refunds will be issued to the original payment method no later than 30 days after the convention.
