SEPA membership benefits include access to the Southeast Propane Technical Education Center in Graham NC, which is a licensed proprietary school that provides technical training for employees in the propane industry, www.sepatec.org

Payments to the Southeast Propane Alliance are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. SEPA has determined that 19% of its dues are allocated for lobbying activities; therefore, 19% of your membership dues are NOT deductible. NPGA estimates that the nondeductible portion of your dues, the portion, which is allocable to lobbying, is 30%.
